Each booking, cancellation or changes have to be written communication. |

| RATES: |
|
All rates are net, per person, in EURO. For Holidays, Exhibitions, Conventions and other large events most hotels require a supplement charge. (Generally between 10 and 30%). |

|
|
| LIABILITY: |
|
In all arrangements in this brochure, VIT-Promotion acts as agent between you and the different contractors (hotels, restaurants, bus companies, sightseeing-tours, guides etc.) and therefore we do not assume any liability in case of accidents, delays or interferences not engaging our responsibility. |

|
| CHANGE OF HOTEL: |
|
In case of overbooking, the Hotels reserve the right to transfer your reservation to a similar or better class hotel. |
|
|
|
| CANCELLATIONS: |
|
Cancellations free of charge can be made one month prior to travel date. (Besides other agreements). For later cancellations or no-shows any costs arising will be charged. |
|
|
|
| PAYMENTS: |
|
Upon confirmation we require 50% payment of the pro-forma invoice at least one month prior to arrival. The balance has to be paid two weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel all reservations if we do not receive the requested amounts. |
